The Group's principal activities are selling ceramic tiles, electrical material & equipment, cement, rods, plywood, cardboard, nails, screws, carpentry equipment, masonry equipment, windows, doors, plumbing material & equipment and many more….. 1. Structure and foundations Materials: Rods of different sizes, Band wire, Cement, Black & Red Stone, Sand etc 2. Windows: Our standard windows are aluminum types this varies in colour, size; glass type etc PVC windows have many, many different benefits and advantages over other window materials. some of the main benefits and advantages are listed below: low maintenance, no painting, colour fast, no rotting, rusting or corroding, no warping or twisting, resists combustion, insulation, design capabilities, environmentally friendly, sound & temperature insulation, anti aging , resist impact, excellent water tightness and air tightness. 3. Doors & locks: We use Brazilian solid wood front doors and American style press lacquer internal doors with importance to security (a selection of colour and designs available). Internal doors are not just used to provide privacy to family members but they are also used to complete the internal look of one's home. There are various designs of internal and external doors that provide much wider option to customers to choose from in tune with their requirements. Latest designed internal doors are engineered to provide greater stability than traditional construction methods. A selection of door locks, different in colours and designs. 4. Floor & wall tile: Our standard is the use of quality ceramic tiles throughout (choice of colours and size available). We get our tiles from Spain and Italy. Ceramic is dynamic. Its unique character, texture and nature-made material add energy, excitement and enchantment to any room. you can also select granite, marble, glazed or mosaics if you require an extra material. We let you make your own design for every single room and wall. 5. Roof & ceiling construction: Roofs were probably the first structures built by man. This ranges in size from small units with a cooling capacity of 9,000 btus (enough to cool a small room) to capacities as high as 18,000 btus. It is important that customers carefully choose the right size of air conditioner. The sockets and cables are also available. 9. Electrical points - These vary from sockets, switch, cables of different sizes and colour, lights, fans, all our electrical equipments and materials are imported from the uk. 10. Telephone and television - infrastructure is installed into every property their location to be discussed between client and our internal architect. our clients play an important role in the construction of our properties with their selections helping us to make their property their dream home. We have internet, telephone sockets, cables etc. 11. Paint: we have different varieties o paint colours, from oil paints, water paint, lasso, stucco filler, red oxide etc. most of our paints are from Sweden and Dubai National paint. 12.
